MegaKaya Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MegaKaya ("MegaKaya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at megakaya.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

By accessing the MegaKaya Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through MegaKaya, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain a MegaKaya Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. MegaKaya strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to online casino and sports betting platforms.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current or former employee of MegaKaya, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any associated partner, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from the MegaKaya Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or a mandatory exclusion order.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the MegaKaya Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, MegaKaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances held in such accounts, including any winnings generated therefrom.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide the following information accurately upon registration: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly notify MegaKaya of any changes to your registered details via the Platform's account settings or by contacting our support team.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. MegaKaya will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must immediately notify MegaKaya if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Access to and use of the MegaKaya Platform is granted subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. MegaKaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing and playing games available on the Platform for personal entertainment.
• Placing wagers on sporting events, casino games, and other betting markets offered by MegaKaya.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) using supported Malaysian payment methods.
• Contacting customer support for legitimate account-related queries.

5.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. MegaKaya does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

All deposits and financial transactions on the MegaKaya Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). MegaKaya supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• MegaKaya does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which MegaKaya accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
• MegaKaya reserves the right to reject any deposit and to return funds where required for anti-money laundering compliance or regulatory reasons.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been completed, (b) all applicable wagering requirements have been met, (c) the withdrawal does not exceed any applicable limit, and (d) the Account is in good standing with no active security investigations or holds.

• Withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Standard bank wire transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times stated are estimates and may be affected by peak demand periods or bank clearing schedules.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• MegaKaya reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawal amounts that exceed applicable thresholds.

MegaKaya offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms disclosed at the time of each individual offer.

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• MegaKaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through hedging, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of MegaKaya shall be final.

All wagers placed on the MegaKaya Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. MegaKaya will not void a bet on the basis of a change in your mind or perceived user error unless the Platform itself has experienced a technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, MegaKaya reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• MegaKaya reserves the right to limit wager amounts, restrict markets, or suspend betting at its sole discretion in response to unusual betting patterns or suspicions of match-fixing.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• Published odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MegaKaya Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud MegaKaya.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or reversed payments — where a Player disputes a genuine deposit transaction with their bank or payment provider without legitimate cause.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Opening an Account while subject to a valid self-exclusion agreement.
• Any conduct that disrupts the ordinary operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

MegaKaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 10; (b) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (c) continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of other players; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any Real Money Balance (net of bonuses and voided winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes, security investigations, or chargebacks. MegaKaya shall not be obligated to return Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed voluntarily may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-activation. Players who close their Account under a self-exclusion arrangement must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by opening a new account.

MegaKaya is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we actively provide tools to help players manage their behaviour.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions to limits take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly net loss limits to restrict gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts may be configured to notify Players when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available upon request. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform must contact our support team directly.

All content on the MegaKaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and compiled databases, is the property of MegaKaya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and display Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your use of the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of MegaKaya.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MegaKaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

MegaKaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MegaKaya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

MegaKaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MegaKaya will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MegaKaya holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact MegaKaya's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in accordance with the terms of MegaKaya's operating licence.
